By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not make any purchases or use our services.

- Gold purity is certified as 995 or 999.5 as specified

5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in AED and USD
- Gold prices fluctuate based on LBMA rates
- Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards
- Full payment required before delivery or collection
6. Returns and Refunds
- 14-day return policy for unworn jewelry with original receipt and packaging
- Gold bars: Returns accepted within 7 days if unopened and with certification intact
- Custom pieces are final sale - no returns or exchanges
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
7. Warranties
- Lifetime warranty on craftsmanship for jewelry
- Gold purity guaranteed with certification
- Warranty void if products are altered or repaired elsewhere
8. Shipping and Delivery
- Local delivery within Dubai: 1-3 business days
- International shipping: 5-10 business days
- All shipments fully insured
- Signature required upon delivery
9. Custom Orders
- 50% deposit required to begin custom work
- Design approval required before production
- Completion time: 2-6 weeks depending on complexity
- Final sale - no returns on custom pieces
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCB Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
